Apprentice position

Reade Signs Ltd – a Hampshire based full-service Signage Company who design, manufacture, & install branding for many blue-chip companies across the UK. 

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Account Executives Team.

The successful candidate will be supporting our Account Directors & Account Management Team, as-well as the end customer, so must exhibit an excellent telephone manor, be computer literate and self-assured. The ideal applicant will be a self-motivated individual with excellent time-management & possess an eye-for-detail.  

This is a new role, created in the last year (to increase sales activity and support the sales department). The role has demonstrated a positive impact initially, and the team are now in demand for additional administrative support. 

The Company (on average) manages approximately 100 jobs per week, through six Account Directors, so the candidate must be favourable at multi-tasking and retain the ability to manage and prioritise their workload. 

The Account Executive team are a key connecting point between the sales team and the operational team managing the jobs through the system, ensuring the relevant information is issued to each department in a timely manner. You will work closely with your dedicated Account Director in which, as a team you will need to meet targets while support each other. It is the responsibility of the Account Executive to ensure smooth flow of each job through the company, having multiple touch points throughout.  

The role will include the following:   

 

  • Administrative tasks.
  • Raising/Creating new jobs for Account Directors as/when needed.  
  • Scheduling of jobs into our time management system. 
  • Checking all required information is included & issuing to relevant departments.  
  • Input job and client information in the company CRM systems.  
  • Ensuring that requests are sent to the relevant departments for purchasing/procurement in a timely manner.  
  • Provide Admin/Sales Support to fast-paced Account Directors & Team.  
  • Liaise with customers directly to support Sales Team. 
  • Remuneration for the role will be up to £20,000, dependant on experience.  
  • 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (3 of which are to be taken during the company shutdown in between Xmas & New Year)
