This can range from hoarding and flags to post-mounted signs and illuminated lettering. Our signage is designed to be clearly read with the end-user in mind. We pride ourselves on quick turnaround but lead time does depend on the complexity and size of the project. A small hoarding project takes a few days. More complex projects – like wayfinding signage – can take from two to four weeks. If you require planning permission, we’ll also allow time for that.

Yes, we provide full project management to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders on your behalf. We take the project management headache away. We listen, understand, create and implement bespoke wayfinding programmes that lead people through a building or open space.

We start by developing the signage concept for your retirement home, taking your brand into account when considering formats and materials. We conduct a site or technical survey and put the signage designs together. Once this is approved, we begin manufacture. Our installation team then installs the finished signage in position.  We also provide maintenance throughout the life-cycle of the signs. 

Yes, we work with local and nationwide companies – both independent and group private retirement homes. For nationwide companies, we use our team of approved subcontractors. We have worked with Audley Retirement for several years now.

Projects often change along the way and if you need additional signage or the specification changes, we have the flexibility to respond. Even the highest quality materials can eventually become damaged, worn or out-of-date.  We continue to support you by replacing signage if necessary. We also take down signage at the end of its life, disposing of all material in accordance with environmental regulations and best practice.

Yes, we always complete a thorough site survey to check positioning, visibility, gradients and any wayfinding issues. This ensures our designers use accurate measurements.

Lighting is an excellent way to make the most of the best vantage points and highlighting key messages. LEDs are available in many variations and can be used with timers in sensitive areas, which makes it more cost-effective. We can also create lightboxes, strip lighting and halo-illuminated lettering.
